General Conditions of Sale – Inspiring Personal Growth

Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Inspiring Personal Growth. A "client" refers to any natural or legal person placing an order confirmed via our secure payment platform or through other payment methods such as bank transfer or cash (where applicable).

Article 1a: Age Limit
Access to our products and services is restricted:

You must be over 16 years old to purchase physical or digital products.
You must be over 18 years old to purchase services such as coaching, workshops, or seminars.

If we discover that a client does not meet the age requirement, their subscription will be canceled and their purchase refunded where applicable. Access to restricted content will be revoked.

Article 2: Order
Any order placed through a website operated by Inspiring Personal Growth implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping and transaction fees may apply. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one displayed at the time of your order.

Article 4: Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering, including for pre-order products. Accepted payment methods include credit or debit cards. Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. Inspiring Personal Growth does not store your payment details.

Article 5: Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email or through your user account immediately after payment. Physical products, where offered, are shipped to the address you provide. Please double-check your shipping details. We are not responsible for errors in delivery due to incorrect address entry.
